Boat rentals are just 10 minutes walking distance from the villa, in Bibinje center.

Yes, there are no neighboring houses on the left, right, or behind the property, ensuring full privacy for your stay.

There are 2 parking spaces inside the fenced property and 4 additional spaces just outside the villa.

I personally welcome each guest at check-in and ensure everything is perfect for your stay. I also meet you at check-out to hear about your experience and finalize any details.

I come every second morning to check the jacuzzi, clean the swimming pool, and water the plants. This ensures everything is pristine for your enjoyment.
For a longer stay (more than 14 days) we can organize complete house cleaning. 

The villa features a PlayStation 5 with hundreds of games (thanks to our premium subscription) and Netflix in the living room for your relaxation.

Yes, the jacuzzi is heated and accommodates up to 6 people. The swimming pool is also heated and features a waterfall for added luxury.
